We stayed here for 4 nights, the hotel was brilliant and fairly clean, with great and stunning location in Kuta Beach area. Really enjoyed our rooms with twin beds.

The hotel was located just off the center of the city, lots of restaurants and mall, mart, bar and clubs. Really enjoyed the room with a balcony, my bed was exceptionally comfortable. The service was excellent, I had 4 relaxing nights here. The location was great and fab, just a short stroll away from a watery amusement park.

The setting was TOP, right by other Mercure, water sports activities and market àt a walkable distance and the convenience store. There were variety of restaurants to eat, like Pronto Pizza that was only 10 minutes' walk away. The room was a nice size and brand-new with a garden wiev, balcony, appreciated our time there.

The restaurant was VERY CONVENIENT with another great view from the restaurant here, I had delicious dishes. The rate was IDR -2147483648. It had the best and strategic location just close to a bustling indoor market.

The venue is placed in a very central position very close to everything.

The hotel was pleasant with marvellous and fab location short walk to nice restaurants, food, high end shopping and water bomb park as well as the Hard Rock Cafe which is a big hit among the Asians at the moment.

Liked the way my superior queen room was arranged with the balcony and a queen size bed, for example. Coffee/tea making equipment and a refrigerator were very handy. The location was central, close to eating outlets, many interesting people to see, and shopping centres and street stalls.

The room itself was airy, functional with a comfy bed and had essentials I needed.

I had a fantastic stay at Mercure in Kuta! The location was perfect, just a quick walk across the road to the beach. The staff at the concierge were helpful and stored my luggage until my room was ready. I appreciated the small balcony in my room with a sea view, and the coffee machine was a nice touch. The best part was when I had an issue with the noise from renovations, the front desk staff apologized and found me a stunning suite on the 4th floor with an amazing view. The handling of the situation was professional and I really appreciated the upgrade. I highly recommend this hotel.

Pool on the fourth floor was sensational. Great place to watch the sunset over Kuta Beach. Rooms were lovely and clean, facilities good. Close to all the action and the shopping.
